Philippines Logistic Control

* Oceanus AP will accept all orders from Asia/Pacific Distributors.
* Oceanus AP will send a Layout document to Singapore warehouse.
* Oceanus AP will send a Proforma document for the invoiced order back to the distributor for approval.
* Once the Proforma is reviewed approved then instructions to ship is sent to Singapore.
* A copy of the Shipment document is sent to the brand company on the day of shipping.

Banking in Hong Kong

* The Oceanus AP Ltd (BVI) account is with HSBC Bank.
* All cash payments will be deposited into a Oceanus AP Bank Account prior to shipment.
* A second Account with the First Metro Bank is for those whom pay with Letter of Credit.
* Each 25th of the months is the cut off date.
* Each 30th of the Month the brand company receives their reports and all payments notices.
